We charge a $1.00 pick-up and delivery service fee per garment. This non-optional fee helps support our software platform and transportation-related operating costs.
Delivery-Only Requests
For delivery-only requests (without pick up), a $10 service fee per visit will apply, even in the case of cancellations.
Order Minimums
All pick-up orders are subject to a $30.00 minimum, which can include both dry cleaning and laundry items.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with our work, simply return the garment in unworn condition with the original invoice, and we will re-clean it at no charge—no questions asked.
